Quite a clever idea!

Seems that it is not quite as easy to speak to the bank as it should be. Tried 3 times to reach the bank by phone last Friday as I had accidently paid Microsoft twice £59.99 for the same product. A puzzle indeed to reach Microsoft by phone that I have not been able to resolve. At 82 years of age, I simply find it daunting if not impossible to do what the bank suggested to tell them! To my mind, decrepit as it may be, the bank that made the double payment was the right way to go. So now I am £59.99 out of pocket and Microsoft are that much richer. Seems only I care about me?
