Fantastic customer service and user experience

The app is really easy to use and gives insightful information on the front page without feeling overwhelmed. The spaces function really helps me with settling goals and feeling motivated to saving money. The settle-up feature makes splitting costs really easy. I used my card when travelling and the exchange rate when withdrawing cash was always very close and often much better than rates I could find elsewhere. Whenever I've had any issues or questions the instant message feature on the app has resolved everything quickly and simply. Couldn't recommend Starling Bank more. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
