The Bank of the Future

The future is now and this is the bank. From a brilliant digital focused UX; to monthly Murmurs to keep you upto date the bank focuses on you as a customer as a person. Where most high street banks have a gritty legacy system approach where mobile banking feels like an afterthought to allow them to compete with the new banks. Starling is based and focused around the app the heart of the experience. What makes Starling is the community and its focus on the community in a time where we've been ever disconnected starling has focused and worked with the community to bring in features to support people and keep the connected constantly asking for user feedback to improve and implement features which make a difference. The only downside is once you open a Starling account you're disappointed in your standard high street bank and become frustrated with their klunky apps and way of doing things.
