Smooth switching service

I used the switch service to transfer my account fully over from NatWest. The process was very clear and to me, automatic. The extra features that made me move to Starling were; cashing in cheques with my phone camera, adding notes and identifiers to my transactions, settle up feature to receive ad-hoc payments digitally and a proper euro account. All of which are above and beyond my previous bank. Customer service at Starling is superb. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
