I trust them, & it’s not often you can say that about a bank! They are easy to contact, communicate with their customers transparently & often, & I know they have my, & more importantly, the planets, best interest at heart. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Wish I'd switched earlier

I have recently switched my current account & savings account to Triodos, & it was so easy. So far the customer service has been great, the app is brilliant & I only wish I'd switched from my previous bank to Triodos earlier! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
