Vast Improvement on a traditional bank

I made the decision to leave my long term bank (Lloyds) after it was becoming increasingly difficult to use their services. Internet/app banking was bulky and unreliable, and the branch (in a major town) was open 5 hours a day 4 days a week. I needed ease of access and simplicity. That is exactly what Starling has given me. The visibility of your accounts and where you are spending is superb, the app easy to use, and the spaces feature is helping us build the cash for our upcoming wedding with greater ease then we ever had before!
