Modern banking that just works...

I switched to Starling after reading a piece about their unusual card design, partly because I felt all banks were the same and partly because there was something unusual about Starling. Fact — All banks are NOT the same. The Customer Service exhibited by Starling and their innovative features of Spaces, Round Up, 100% reliable banking app and upcoming payment notifications are the benchmarks to which other banks should be held. The COVID-19 connected spaces feature is amazing, and a real life saver to those in need. The kids account for U16s which is attached to a space is brilliant. Yes it costs but far better that and teaching good financial habits than the bad ones I’ve had to unlearn. Will I change banks ..... NEVER. Not for £125, or £12500 as a switching incentive!!
