Banking from the customers' point of view

Starling bank has helped me manage my money through the app which is so user friendly and the spaces. I can keep track of my spending in real-time and see a breakdown of where I'm spending. Security is excellent and I can transfer money quickly, update direct debits, and see my balance in an instant. Starling bank really think about banking from the customer's point of view. Easy to use and budget

Excellent bank. Easy to set-up account and transfer direct debits. The banking app is really easy to use and well thought out, very user friendly. Very rare that I need to contact the bank but when I do they are quick and efficient to respond. I love the spaces function which has helped my budgeting and keeping on top of my bills and monthly expenditure. A bonus is no charges when using card overseas and immediate notification on my mobile for every transaction. Starling are always creating new functions and are very customer focused. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a bank that puts their customers first. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Giving me easy management of my money

Excellent bank. So easy to set up an account and a user friendly app with so many useful and relevant features such as Saving Spaces, Flexible Contactless Limits and real time notifications. I am able to move my money instantly from my Saving Spaces, set up direct debits and standing orders quickly and see at a glance where my money is going each month on the pie chart (for example travel, shopping etc). I love too that a tree is planted when I refer a friend. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Making banking easy

From opening an account, switching all my direct debits and standing orders, keeping track of my spending, using the banking app, everything couldn't be easier. Starling really thinks about their customers. Only wish I found them sooner! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
