A bank that offers true customer service

Having banked with most of the High Street businesses over the past 45 years and have hated almost every interaction, it is a pleasure to have signed up to Starling a few years back. The bank has its customers' interests at the fore and is so easy to use all the facilities. Keep performing this well and I won't ever have to change bank again. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

All you need from a bank without the hassle

My wife and I have been with Starling since 2018 and have not looked back. It does everything expected and then more. Its superlative service and user-friendly app is first class and puts traditional high street banks firmly in the shade. They should sit up and learn from Starling that customer relations brings the feel-good factor that breeds loyalty instead of sitting back expecting people to come to them because they need a banking service.
