Easy to set up new account

I decided to leave my old traditional bank after 35 years as during a difficult period in my life they were less than helpful. Setting up a new account with Starling was so easy being able to do everything online during the first Covid lockdown took so much stress off me. They arranged for the transfer from my old account of all direct debits etc and kept me informed every step of the way. I was so impressed with everything that I recommend them to a friend. Nice and simple bank account and love the fact you’re informed every time a transaction takes place. Reviewed on: 19th February 2021
