A bank that genuinely cares

Changing to Triodos bank is one of the most positive changes that I've made. Their customer service team are easy to contact, friendly and professional. Their transparency mean that I receive genuinely interesting and insightful updates. But, above all I can feel confident that by being a Triodos customer I'm investing for more than just profits. Easy to use easy to understand

A really great platform for investors who don't have the time/confidence to manage their own portfolios. I've been really impressed by my returns, even considering the impact of COVID in early 2020. My only request would be that they start "greening" their portfolio and divest from major polluters such as BP Reviewed on: 19th February 2021
