Straightforward, simple and sound ethics

I actually enjoy using the Triodos app, which I find very easy to use and has everything I need on it without having to search. They even warn me when I get near to £0.00 balance so I can do something about it. That puts the customer first before making money. They keep me informed through emails and the regular magazine is actually worth reading and not just a sales brochure. On top of this they have excellent ethics and act as they talk. I have my own business and hope I can move those bank accounts to Triodos when they can open business accounts again. I use to hate banks until I joined Triodos (sorry everyone!)
