Monese closed my account and won't reply

Monese emailed in summer 2020 telling me they would be closing my account and asked for alternative details to send my funds to... I sent the information and no reply..no funds...every month after I've emailed them asking for an update and got nowhere!! AVOID!!!!!! Reviewed on: 20th February 2021
