Amazed by the kind and overwhelmingly helpful staff!

My first experience with this bank was when I set up my very first bank account, an experience I thought would be daunting. But the staff at RBS were amazing. They were completely understanding and I had an account set up in no time. it was a very positive experience and I actually look forward to going to the bank as I know that I am going to be greeted by the most courteous and friendly staff.
