Easy to use platform, good returns and exceptional customer service

I didn't have a smooth start when opening my investment ISA with wealthify due to an admin error from my own bank, as a result the application was delayed by almost 3 months. This delay has nothing to do with wealthify, but instead of turning me away, Tilda and the other team members went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process on getting it sorted, and thanks to their tremendous efforts on providing the info I need, I received a compensation from my bank for the delay. None of these would be possible without their help. The app is easy to use, 6 months into opening my account, my portfolio is making a decent gain at 25% growth. I can't express how pleased I am with both the performance of my investment and the exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend wealthify for anyone out there that's looking for an investment platform. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021
