So good my husband switched!

You could say I’ve grown up with my bank. I joined Santander when it was Abbey National, straight after university and found my savings and investments mature as I made my transition through life. Whether it is in a branch or on the phone, I have always appreciated the skilful ability of Santander employees to address my needs, as a result I have held everything from mortgages to ISAs and bonds with them. Why have I never been tempted with one of the many opportunities to ‘earn £100 if I switch to Bank X’? Apart from the fantastic 3% that I earn on my 123 Current Account, there’s no price that can be put upon the level of friendliness and genuine desire to help when I ring Santander Select for support.
