Review of the Wise, Wise Account:

Fast exchange with fair fees

Great service for transferring money, both direct from account but also with the option to use as a bank account loaded with money then spent on a card (like a prepaid card, that can be spent in numerous currencies, but not FCSC secured). Transfers can be sent over several time frames either next day but cheaper or right away but more expensive. Have used for two years Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

A good experience

Simple bank account with savings account. Works as expected. No problems when using the app or online banking and never issues sending payments. Would recommended. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Easy UI and good service

Using vanguard for ISA investments. The UI is nice and easy to use. The service is quick and helpful. I will be happy when they bring in 2FA. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Clear communication

Wide range of products for a number of consumers and clients. Vanguard themselves are effective communicators, everything clearly explained at all steps and remain in regular contact regarding everything (e.g. fees, changes, etc). Website and dashboard very nicely laid out, easy to find relevant sections, or help if needed. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023
