Easy to deal with on the phone and in writing with friendly customer care staff and people that genuinely want to help you. Happy to walk you through options and patient and kind while doing it. Great app, easy to use and ethical offering

Opening up an account was simple and straightforward. Great transparency and visibility of transactions and performance. Ethical offering with decent returns and no crazy fees were important in choosing Wealthify. They were responsive to my questions through their chat function before I opened the account so could see level of customer service offered rather than just relying on reviews.
