MONESE FROZE ACCOUNT IGNORES EMAILS

Monese froze my account with no explanation 25 days ago. It then surfaced after I had complained online like they did nothing wrong. 'hi we can't verify you please tell us where you live' my account has been operational and in use for many many months with of course my address on file and cards being mailed there. They will block anyones money for any reason and absolutely completely ignore all emails and messages. They ignored me for 24 days until I started complaining online then magically two hours after the post I get an email asking where I live and since then silence. Its unacceptable and for what it is worth, my profile as a client poses zero risk to any bank, that's what makes it more absurd. I am spending money on daily expenses, car payments and some travel. Day 25 and counting no resolution no apology no nothing. Reviewed on: 25th February 2021

MONESE BLOCKED AND FROZE MY MONEY AND DOESN'T REPLY

22 days ago monese blocked my account. I had 3000£ in the account, they emailed me on day one asking why I am using the bank, I explained for daily expenses and travel costs. They have not replied to any of my dozens of emails since. Just leaving the account blocked with no request for any further information or documentation. This account has been opened and used for many months. Once in a while a generic email with a list of links for common concerns will be sent but it is a bot that sends these emails and they answer nothing specifically or directly to my case at all. I want to figure this out but there is actually no possible way to reach the bank, the app is closed and they don't respond to any contact or emails whatsoever. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021
