Wanted to remortgage for home improvements and to consolidate a debt. Tried L and C and was advised that L and C policy was not to consolidate debts into mortgage even though I had budgeted and would save money in the long run. Saw Trussle advertised on Google so I got in touch, entered my details and borrowing amount and they Trussle took it from there. Had to upload a few documents which didn't take long and was more than happy with the recommendation. A very personal feel even though I never talked to a single person.
