Great ethical, sustainable banking

I've been a Triodos customer for several years now. Excellent customer service, smooth, easy internet banking, and I particularly like the reassurance of knowing that everything about Triodos bank is ethical and sustainable. Reviewed on: 1st March 2026

An excellent, ethical account.

The triodos current account is excellent, easily managed online and via the app. It's very reassuring to know that Triodos genuinely has sustainability at heart, and uses all funds held at the bank for ethical loans and investments. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Excellent and ethical

I've had a current account with Triodos for several years now. On the few occasions I've needed help, they've been friendly and helpful. I like the online banking system, which has recently had a makeover, and the app also simplifies banking. Most of all, I get peace of mind from knowing that my money is being looked after by an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Ethical and efficient

I've been a Triodos customer for nearly three years now. They offer an excellent online banking service and have been helpful whenever I've contacted Customer Service. The app is useful and can be used in conjunction with internet banking on my PC to streamline the experience. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
