Awesome bank and fantastic service all round

I worked in high street bank for 11 years so I understand and the industry very well. Once I became ethically aware I swapped to Triodos. The switch was super simple and fast. The service has always been impeccable and I feel great knowing I’m banking with a company that takes ethics more seriously than profit, and still manage to provide awesome customer care.
