I like the transparency around the way money is used...

I like the transparency around the way money is used to fund businesses and other projects. And they all have to be ethical. In past reviews some people have negatively commented on the need from time to time for the system to shut down for vital maintanence. I can understand how some people find this a bit bizarre and not something that other banks do. It doesn't bother me though! Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Why I Care

For several years I have had a savings account with Triodos and was really pleased when the opportunity came to open a current account. It has been good to do business with a bank that is transparent about investments and funding. I sometimes struggle a bit with technology and with banking online - I'd speak on the phone or email your staff and always got good help with problems resolved - thank you staff for your patience!
