Best bank ever!

I have been a customer for several year and they never fail to impress me. Their customer service is always 100% warm, friendly and efficient and they really do go beyond expectation. With my previous bank I could never speak to a human, and with Triodos that's just not the case. Not just an ethical bank, but one that also cares for climate and customers with the same level of passion and commitment. Top marks all the way! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Best service every

I love the Triodos Bank, not just because it is an ethical bank and I know my savings are secure, but because they have the best staff and give fabulous customer service. No other bank comes close! Reviewed on: 25th March 2023

Best ever customer service

Whenever I've needed advice or help, the staff at Triodos have always been wonderful. I get a pension from overseas and occasionally which initially caused some difficulties but it was easily resolved with help from their staff. They are always courteous, friendly, and go out of their way to solve whatever it is you need help with. Also, they have an awesome playlist, for the rare occasion they need to put you on hold. :-) I wouldn't be without Triodos. Bank for life! Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
