Talk to them about investing!

I talked to them about investing. They did a lot of checking to make sure if would work, first, which was reassuring. Their app shows you what is happening all the time, and allows you to add or change things, too I could wish they had a definite ethical option, but for a solid, working investment ( and pension) company, they're good. Great ethics, great service.

Triodos has for years now veen probably the most ethically-oriented banking company in existence. They offer practcally all of the usual banking services, including a current account. Talking to them is very easy, response is very good. My only caveat was, and is, how difficult it was to get their phone app working. If the other banks can do it... Neat, efficient, informative
