This says it all, for me!

I saved this extract from Triodos's Stories For Transformative Impact to use in support of my nomination come Awards season: "A conventional charity raises money through grants and donations to fultil its purpose. Triodos Bank's central purpose is to connect savers and investors who want to do good with their money and, sometimes, convention needs to be reinvented to unlock the greatest impact". Friendly and lead from the front

Triodos actually provide updates and news I find interesting and I always read them. Their rates and returns are transparent and honest and I trust them to do the right thing by me as well as by the planet. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Good news in (all too often) bad times!

I have really enjoyed reading this year about Triodos's role in funding a rewilding project near Glenmoriston, where I enjoyed a walking holiday some years ago, and a new cafe at the RSPB's The Lodge, which I hope to sample for myself this year. I also enjoyed watching, and sharing with friends, the Saving Our Wild Isles video they co-produced. It's not so much knowing I am helping to fund these contributions, as gratitude to them for generating and publicizing some good news about nature, which is a passion of mine. Trustworthy

Customer trust is clearly important to financial providers: those I bank and save with are always telling me so. But Triodos is the one which really convinces me it's earned my trust. Their communications and customer engagement material never fails to hit the right balance of information and interest, without being an unwelcome burden on the my available attention span, and leaves me feeling good about myself in at least this one aspect of my market choice.
