Incredible customer service and ethics

Triodos's customer service is simply unrivalled. Any issue is explained transparently and resolved really quickly. I never have to wait more than 10 mins to speak to someone. And an ethical bank, they are a clear leader and beacon of hope for future society and an economy that works for everyone. I cannot recommend them highly enough based on their transparency, product offering and customer service. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
