High standards all round.

First-class customer service. Phone calls are answered, staff have time for me, are polite, friendly, and do their utmost to attend to every aspect of my question. Triodos' ethical profile is extremely impressive. They are at the top of their game. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

First-class in every way!

Triodos Bank stands head and shoulders above all other banks in its examplary ethical stance. It is honest and transparent with its customers, provides first-class customer service and dwells on the positive impact we can all make, rather than making customers feel swallowed up by huge corporations. I can't speak too highly of Triodos - highly recommended. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021
