Ethical, accessible and practical

Switching to Triodos has been a very positive move for me. The system is easy to access and customer service people are always quickly available, helpful and genuinely patient, staying with you until whatever query you have is completely sorted out. It comforts me to know that such money as I have with them is being used ethically. My experience of current account banking with Triodos has been so positive that we intend moving our other accounts to them in the near future. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
