Triodos: superb, professional, ethical service.

Triodos offers a superb and ethical service, in all aspects and areas. I find this bank supportive, offering professional and reliable service, with a clear online presence and site, and inspiring and open in its communications. The most important thing for me is the way it invests: always ethically, always with a view to a healthy and equitable future for everyone and life on the planet. There is almost nothing more critical, especially at this time, and no other bank is as determined and dedicated on this front. I especially appreciate receiving Triodos's newsletters with inspiring updates about how its customers' money is being used, as this gives a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction. Open, professional and ethical

I am very happy that all communications with Triodos are clear and open, and the interface to my current account is well designed and straightforward. They take a consistently professional approach to customer service. Most of all I am impressed by the highly ethical approach to banking and investing that Triodos takes, and I especially enjoy their newsletter updates about the good things they are doing with their customers' money. Ethical, professional and real

Triodos Bank is the only bank I trust to do the right thing with money - to prioritise care rather than greed, and constructive solutions rather than exploitation. It is professional, financially astute and provides an excellent service. Triodos knows how to manage money for the good of the planet as well as its customers.
