A great bank who are a pleasure to do business with

Great bank, they are ethical and transparent which is of course all very well but, also importantly, the customer service is really great. Real people to help you if you’re stuck or if they think you are in any financial trouble (potential scams etc). I recommend them to everyone and am delighted I swapped banks Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

So glad I changed banks

Am delighted to have moved to Triodos, it feels better to be with an ethical bank that believes in people and sustainability but it also feels great for their “caring about people” bit to include me - as a customer! The technology side is always evolving and improving and yet you can still talk to a person (a patient person!) when you need to. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
