Ethical, accessible, and friendly

I joined Triodos because of its ethical credentials. I didn't want my money being used to fund fossil fuels and other unethical ventures. I've been pleasantly surprised, therefore, to find that the customer service, online banking interface, and regular security updates are so much better than any major bank I've been at before. The best bank I've ever been with

I moved over to Triodos based on their environmental and ethical credentials, but I've been blown away by their wider service. Their customer service is always extremely helpful. They clearly take care to protect customers from scams. The online interface is simple and easy to use. I love the email updates they send that inform their customers about the kinds of projects that are being funded with our money.
