Still the best for service

Although there are a plethora of challenger banks snapping at its heels, first direct retains its key advantage - the best customer service in the market. Leading the pack

Rapidly improving 'consolidation' service, that's currently best of breed in the exploding group of personal finance apps taking advantage of open banking. Not too intrusive, slick process for linking to accounts, and good with money saving suggestions, not just commission-earning links. Reviewed on: 28th February 2021
