Environmentally sound and great customer service

I wanted my money to be lodged with someone I could trust not only to keep it safe but to only use it for projects and companies that benefited the world we live in not make it worse. Triodos do that and on top of that I get excellent customer service. Can’t rate them highly enough. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Doing what I need ethically

I wanted a bank that could meet my banking needs but do it in an ethical way. I wanted an online current account and a savings account. What I didn’t want is my money to be used to finance polluters or arms manufacturers or similar. Instead help support the move to a green economy. And that’s what I got! Yes there is a small charge - the price of a coffee a month! I think I can cover that for the peace of mind I have. Oh and the customer service is outstanding! Reviewed on: 1st March 2021
