Easy to open account.

Reliable but poor (non-existant) returns.

A reliable account paying no interest, which is why I only leave minimal money in it to pay bills etc. Use on-line banking with it but do need to call in branch fairly regular, especially if needing to pay in. However local branch now closes at 3pm, whereas before covid it was 5pm. If they end up closing my local branch I may transfer to another bank. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Easy to use and good interest rates.

Have found this account to suit me well for saving money at good interest rates whilst being able to withdraw some/all immediately with no loss of interest. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

Opened account on-line quickly and with no problem.Recieved all paperwork promptly and forwarded cheque for account. I had just one query and on ringing them was dealt with quickly, curteously and satisfactory. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2021
