paid extra for Covid cover - got no support

we both purchased annual travel insurance last March (2020) and contacted staysure to check we had covid curtailment cover. Holiday was curtailed. Received derisory coupon based "compensation" from Travel company, which we would have had to use by March 2021 - How? Staysure refused to help as coupon was all that was required. Fortunately Credit card company sorted it out. When I buy I expect the cover I paid for - didn't get it. Will never donate to Staysure again Reviewed on: 4th March 2021

Started with a personal account, as there was no surcharge to EUR or USD purchases. So pleased moved business and joint account over too. Delighted to receive interest too. This is a really well thought through app / user interface. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021
