They blocked my card again

They blocked my card again , knowing already that I'm in Italy since the last coincidențe wich it was the same. Instead of they to call me and to ask me about the suspicious activity they was wondering on my card , they simply send me a text message to call them. When I didn't call them ,they blocked my card . And then I was forced again to call them from an Italian number , spending from my own credit (becouse I don't have international minutes) and I've spent nearly 1 hour , being transferred from one to another trying to solve the problems they created to me .
