A nice company

They accepted my application and everything was easy. I am going through a dreadfully difficult time, and everything I thought was my future ended up not being. I have not been able to make any payments for a long time and they have been so understanding. I feel like they trust me, and I look forward to the point in which I can repay them for their kindness. The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021
