Machines in Newport branch

I couldn't believe it when I went into the Newport, Gwent branch of Barclays last week, they've replaced all the cashiers with machines ! I consider myself quite computer savvy and it took me quite a while to pay in two cheques, feel very sorry for elderly customers not used to the age of technology.
