A great bank run by people for people

I have had accounts with numerous banks but this is the first and only one that has got virtually everything right. And even when something doesn't quite go as expected, you can speak to a real person who will make sure that your problem is resolved. They even take the stress out of the situation when you have to phone for support by having real people who talk to you like your problem is their problem. Metro is simply great.
