Really innovate, user focussed and effective

Chip has opened my eyes to a new style of banking that has really put me, the user, at the heart of what they do. They undertand the money, sure, but they also understand the customer, and make their money job easier (which is good for the customer) by really getting under the skin of the customer as a human interacting with the world, and they smooth all the usual glitches that make money management difficult.
