Life changing!!!

I have historically been useless with saving money. If its in my account, its getting spent! Which means that if anything financially unexpected should happen, I'd be in trouble. Chip uses auto saves which calculate how much you can save today, based on a number of smart background checks. I can ask it not to save when I get below a certain figure in my account, and decide whether I want to let chip take savings if I'm in my overdraft or not. I also use the pay day put away feature, so that when I'm first paid I can save a chunk of money before I get the chance to spend it. I've gone from being rubbish with money and savings, to being in the top 5% of savers with chip! There are varying types of account, with varying ease of access to my money. The instant access is just that; if I need any money from that account, I get it within 2 hours. There is minimal interest earned on that account, but the chip+1 account which gives a whopping 1.25% interest is an easy access account, which gives you funds in your account within 1-2 working days, depending on whether your withdrawal is before or after 11am. The app itself is super easy to use and there's a chat function where someone will get back to you immediately, or if out of working hours, the next working day. Chip is something which has made a huge difference to my financial stability and I'll be using this for years to come! Fantastic product, can't recommend enough. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
