Terrible company stay away

This is a terrible company its taken nearly 3 yrs and still not complete. They owed me thousands of pounds for hotel money that took ages to get back that nearly bankrupted me . The works they did have been disgusting and I have had an independent surveyor in who gave a bad report and recommended that the work be redone and they have ignored it so I'm now in the process of complaining to the Ombudsman and taking them to court for the costs of redoing the works up to standard and finishing the half completed works.
