Very communicative, easy to access help. Competitive rates, but perhaps need to keep pace with other challenger banks sometimes. New customers occasionally seem to be rewarded more than existing loyal ones. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Brilliant app, market leading rates!

The chip app is intuitive, sleek and easy to use. The ever growing list of features is fantastic and it makes me as a user excited to be a part of it. To top it all time and time again Chip manages to negotiate market leading rates leaving the big banks far behind. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
