Easy to use and change behaviours

I find the app incredibly easy to use, I speak as someone who had for a very long time not really saved (in any dimension) and the ease of the Chip app has made me indirectly much more money conscious and measured both in terms of saving and spending. I’ve improved my savings massively in the 2.5 years I’ve been using it and now have a real safety net available to me. Generally the app support is very good, but most crucially I think with some development and tinkering it could potentially be very useful in lower income settings to smartly encourage active savings attitudes. It’s actually (no doubt with other factors) improved my financial position considerably. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
