Abhorent horrible building society

Every process is inconvenient Every process is capped or limited Customer service line is inaccessible Customer service isn't joined up Ask for card and pin, only receive card, no pin, have to call back Online banking is clunky Low transfer limits.... They absolutely screwed us on our first mortgage Absolutely miserable experience all round. AVOID. Bank with First Direct Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
