Great customer service, no complaints

I switched to Ecology Building Society 6 months ago because I wanted my savings to be used in a climate-friendly way. The switch was easy, there were no problems and I can still use Online Banking to manage my money. I wish I'd switched earlier. Reviewed on: 12th March 2021
