I used my Monese account as principal since January 2020. My account was then closed with a balance of 1560£ in it, without any warning nor notification. I have no money to my bills. When I call them, they keep telling me that I have to wait for the email from their complaints support. And, I sent them too many emails, without getting any answer. They keep ignoring me! Avoid them !!! They are thieves ! Certainly, they will answer to this review to tell that they don’t close any account without any valid reason. But they dit close hundreds of accounts without ANY VALID REASON. They just wait for your account to get filled with money and then they will just close your account and steal your money! But Monese, be sure that I will do everything to get my money back and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ! I have already field complaints with the Financial Ombudsman and with FCA. Keep stealing people’s money, you will see what happen! Reviewed on: 13th March 2021
