The Ecological Building Society is the ethical epitome!

For 40 years the Ecological Building Society has pioneered the use of finance to promote ethical and environmentally sustainable change. Through its internal and external practices it has set the benchmark for ethical financial provision. This success has has been examplied by being the first Fair Tax Mark accredited building society, the first to sign up to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Banking, being recognised in the Finance for the Future awards for their sustainable products and climate leadership, and being rated as a Best Buy for their savings and mortgages by Ethical Consumer. Whilst the world of banking is often perceived negatively, the Ecological Building Society is a beacon of 'green' ethical brilliance! Reviewed on: 13th March 2021
