Superb! Love Chip

Superb! I love the UI and the different saving features. Withdrawing/depositing money is quick and simple. Love the goals as it makes me feel organised and accountable. I also like the idea of a Prize account instead of Premium Bonds. I had to let Customer Service know that they need to text or email me if I win cos I cannot hear the phone. No problem with a great attitude. Great customer service and I’ll look forward to continue being their customer in many more years to come! Reviewed on: 9th February 2024

Just love Chip.

I love the app too. I like the UI, the features including goals, etc. and I use the app a lot. Great idea to use one of the savings accounts where it is 90-days Notice where you have to wait for 3 months before it arrives into your other bank account - that stopped me wanting to spend my savings AND still get interest! I was pleasantly surprised at that! I’ve not invested money yet but in the future I might. I’m really looking forward to what other additions/features will be in the future. Auto-savings is great!

I love the user interface, so clear and simple. I love when it showed if I stick to my savings without withdrawing money or making any changes on the current plan - it can tell me how much I would’ve saved in 6 months or 12 months time. It’s great to keep your savings in check. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021
